Summit® 12" Black Induction Cooktop

The SINCH230V2B is a 2-zone induction cooktop with 230V power sources. The pre-installed cord includes a 3-prong NEMA 5-15P plug for fast setup.

Smooth black glass made by EuroKera creates an attractive, easy-to-clean surface. This cooktop features one 1800W standard 7" element and one 1200W 5.5" element to accommodate most general cooking needs. This unit does not ship with a power cord and must be hard-wired by a professional.

For maximum user safety, the SINCH230V2B is designed with a 30-minute automatic shutoff mechanism. This mechanism disables each burner after half an hour of no user activity to prevent unsupervised cooking. It also shuts down if the power is activated, but there's no activity after one minute, ensuring the elements won't heat if a guest accidentally touches the wrong button. Users can also activate the child lock to prevent unintended changes.

The SINCH230V2B is equipped with easy-to-use digital controls that are located up front to comply with ADA guidelines for user accessibility, ensuring users don't have to reach over a hot burner to make adjustments. Once your cooking is finished, a residual heat indicator stays illuminated until the surface has cooled down.

Easy cleanup and elegant style on a smooth ceramic glass surface in a jet black finish

8 1/4" element operates at 2000W (with a 2600W capacity at the boost setting) for fast, powerful heating

6 1/4" front element operates at 1500W (or 2000W using boost) to cover most general cooking needs

Allows you to program either burner to heat at a specified level for up to 99 minutes and either turn off when finished or display a countdown with an audible alert when the time is up

Safety feature lets you lock the cooktop to prevent unsupervised heating

Power will automatically shut off if boiling liquid or a wet cloth touches the control panel

Indicator shows when the surface is still hot to touch

Approximately 85% of the heat created goes directly towards heating cookware contents

Heat is primarily confined to the heated cookware, keeping most of the cooktop surface cooler to touch for a safer experience and less chance of collecting baked-on stains
